2. Products and Personalisation

2.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, variations may occur due to different displays or the nature of handmade items. We cannot take responsibility for colour variations due to monitor settings.

2.2 Personalisation
When ordering personalised gifts, please provide accurate information for customisation. Bags Full of Sparkle is not responsible for errors in personalisation due to incorrect information provided by you.

3. Orders

3.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Bags Full of Sparkle. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3.2 Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Please ensure your email address is correct to receive this confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing
All prices quoted on this website are in GBP (pounds sterling). Delivery charges are excluded. Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed. Whilst we try to ensure all prices are accurate, errors may occur and we do not have to provide items at the incorrect (lower) price, We reserve the right to refuse orders due to incorrect pricing. We may sometimes run promotions on our social media pages where prices may differ to those on the website. We will try our best to ensure stock levels are accurate, however, in the event a product ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments securely via Wix Payments. You can review their terms of use on their website. We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method used.

5.2 Delivery Charges
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We mainly use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 2nd class postage. We may use other suppliers depending on the weight of your order. You are responsible for delivery costs.

5.3 International Shipping
We currently only offer shipping to the UK.

5.4 Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct, including post code. Bags Full of Sparkle will not be responsible for items sent to the wrong address due to incorrect details being provided by you at checkout.

5.5 Collection Orders

If you are local and would prefer to collect your order, you agree that you will collect within 7 days of your order being ready.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation Rights

If you have purchased a personalised item, the order can only be cancelled if it has not already been processed. Personalised items are exempt from returns once they have been produced.

6.2 Returns Policy
Due to the nature of personalised products, Bags Full of Sparkle cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. In such cases, please contact at bagsfullofsparkle@yahoo.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the item.

6.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned item.

7. Liability

Bags Full of Sparkle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bags Full of Sparkle, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or the rights of any third party.
